Taxes are too high in Maryland and the quality of life does not match the cost. My husband and I both work remote and don't need to live here any longer
I was tired of being quarantined in a city apartment, went on Redfin to look for ideas and found my dream home; it had been listed for 12 minutes. Within three weeks the house was mine and now I have to move out of the city and furnish a home during a pandemic. Poor planning, but at least now I'll have a yard.
I was suppose to move back in March but because of COVID I had to postpone but my company has initiated work from home till 2021 so I'm not sure when or if the move will happen. Earning NYC money & not paying NYC rent is pretty nice!
We have been building a tiny house on my father-in-law's property in Pennsylvania while living in Baltimore. My wife and I both got support from our bosses to move to full-time remote position in our engineering firms, which gives us the freedom to move without having to job search at the same time.
moving within the same zip code. So tired of my noisy neighbors, I need a quieter, larger place of i have to work from home much longer
I actually just moved last month. I got laid off (along with 40% of the country) but was able to find another job rather quickly. So I broke my lease in Philly and moved to Baltimore.
