I am moving because my home value has skyrocketed during COVID. I live in a suburb of NYC, and with the exodus of city dwellers looking for something inbetween city life and rural life, my house is positioned perfectly to profit in a big way. My plan is to live with my sister for a few months, wait for the market to come back to Earth, and buy someplace south of the city, like Princeton.
