Time to find that forever (or at least next chapter) home.
Seeking a simpler and laid back life /environment.
Charlotte has become a cesspool of hot and cold running violent crime, traffic, noise, high taxes, and few amenities. We were given the opportunity to move to inherited land in the Florida panhandle. My wife is a nurse and has a job at a local hospital and I'm now working from home. It was time head to the country!
California is too expensive and the government is too big and out of control
Poor local leadership. Too many high rises ruining and “blanding” the essence of great neighborhoods. Ability to work remotely.
