Nashville home prices are nuts right now. So much unrest in the city it seems. Moving out to the country - a small town called Columbia that's being revitalized, has wonderful restaurants and a beautiful square in the middle of town. Still in driving distance to our favorite places, though. Time to get away from the city and buy a home!
