Moved here from that West coast state six years ago. We moved here along with several thousand others. Unfortunately, that sent the home prices through the roof. We are not willing to buy a 5 bedroom 7,000 sq ft home for two people. So we're moving to a small, for now, country town. Fifteen minutes north and purchasing a three bedroom for less than our rent. Which includes all the "house" bills in that amount.
