The Northwest, particularly the Puget Sound (Seattle area), is turning into another Bay Area. Which is where I came from 15 years ago. I see the overcrowding, failed infrastructure, and home prices going through the roof, just like they did in the Bay Area. Time to make another move!
I have always hated living in the city, I want to be in the woods.
The city of Seattle is still seeing an influx of people from other higher priced cities. However, due to many events happening in the area, we are seeing a shift of "city living" to the outskirts of the city. Places with some outdoor space and larger lots, a little space to spread your legs and legs the dogs and kids play.
