Due to COVID-19, hearing BLM protests on my street while I work from home, and feeling claustrophobic in my 700 square foot apartment, I decided to buy a house further from Indianapolis in a less densely populated area. I used to enjoy being in more of a crowded area with a lot to do, but my mindset has shifted and I now want "quiet and controlled".
