Was moving to downtown St. Petersburg Fl. Not a huge city but a popular expensive city here in the Tampa Bay Area. Known for being able to walk anywhere with plentiful bars and dining, etc. Friends we have their feel trapped due to pandemic and it’s rise in the area. Here in the suburbs we have 3 parks, no rear neighbors, a trail that goes through a few counties and quick access to the ocean. It’s made us revaluate and won’t be moving to dtsp due to any issue in a city is just worse. The space is needed.
