Hi! Had a kid recently and COVID-19 allowed my wife to WFH. We are getting 50% more square footage for 23% of the price a block from the beach. Childcare is 28% less as well. Cities will never disappear particularly as workplaces adopt a “flexible” not “remote” work schedule but hopefully this price correction in major metropolitan areas will bring about positive change for residents who are looking to stay.
