Had Covid in March, need a change of pace and fresh air to get healthy again, lack of faith in NYC healthcare's ability to handle second wave.

I'm a master tenant of a house with 4 roommates. I'm stuck in between the landlord and the tenants, with a current tenant unable to pay rent but theres a moratorium on evictions. So my options are limited.

moving more because I might actually be able to buy a house finally, verdict is still out
