Rising cost of living, even with the pandemic rental property seems to have stayed the same.

I've actually just moved. We moved from Tustin, more urban, (I lived just a few miles from the city center of Santa Ana, a big city in our county) to a very suburban area. I moved because I needed to be near my aging mother, who I can't really see during the crisis, but I bring her groceries and make sure she's ok. But I'm glad I'm not in the city anymore. Though everyone there wore masks and was serious about Covid.
