Two things, 1) I want to be in an atmosphere with better work/life balance. Toulouse is like the weather here in Southern California. It's got tremendous culture and beauty. It's HALF THE PRICE of Orange County, CA apartments. I was paying $2,400 for 500 sq. ft., in Toulouse that same apartment will be $800 per month. Call me CRAZY! 2) I'm going to study. An entire year of graduate school will cost $427 dollars plus some fees. How can you beat that???
